Submitted information is used to respond to your request, to prepare a requested market assessment, to communicate about real estate services, and to maintain the security and operation of this website. It is not sold.
Forms on this site open your own email application with the message prepared. That means your enquiry travels through your email provider directly to Sunny Hemmatian, and no third-party form processor stores a copy.
Standard server logs may record the pages requested, the referring page, the browser type, and an abbreviated IP address, which are used to understand how the site is used.
This site links to external services including HAR.com, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, and government agencies. Those services have their own privacy policies, which govern any information you provide to them.
