Read this one first: where your enquiries arrive

Every form on the site sends you an email the moment someone fills it in. It goes to sunnyhemmatianhomes@gmail.com.

If the first one lands in junk, mark it as safe once and the rest will arrive normally. Adding the sender to your contacts helps too.

As a safety net, every single enquiry is also written to a file on the server, whether the email arrives or not. If you ever think you missed one, ask us and we will read the log back to you. Nothing is lost.

You cannot break it

The panel only ever changes words and pictures. It cannot touch the design, the menus or the way the site is built, so there is nothing in there you can damage by exploring.

If a change looks wrong once it is live, go back in, put it right, and press Publish again. And if you would rather we did something for you, that offer never expires.

How the site stays current

What keeps itself up to date, and what does not.

Worth knowing, so you never assume something has changed when it has not.

Your listings and prices
Read straight from your Keller Williams search. They are correct on the day we refresh them, so tell us before a launch or a presentation and we will pull the latest. We can also set this to run on a schedule.
Your blog posts
Read from your Keller Williams journal. Write the post there exactly as you do now, then send us one line to say it is up and it will appear on the home page.
Your reviews
The 64 written reviews from your HAR client surveys are on the site. When you collect new ones, send them over and we will add them.
Everything else
Text, photographs, phone numbers, page order: send us the change and we make it. Most small edits are live the same day.
Changing words

If you would rather we did it.

Anything the panel does not cover, just describe it like this.

01

Send us the address of the page

Copy the web address from the top of your browser, or just name the page. The selling guide is enough.

02

Name the heading above the text

Every block of text on the site sits under a heading. Naming it removes any doubt about which paragraph you mean.

03

Send the old words and the new words

Paste the sentence as it reads now, then the sentence you want in its place. Write it exactly as you want it published.

What that looks like

“On sunnyhemmatian.com/guides/selling, under Maximizing your home’s value, the paragraph that starts Selling a home for top dollar. Please change four critical factors to four things that decide your price.”

A change described this clearly is usually live within a few hours.

Pictures

What makes a photograph work.

Whether you upload it in the panel or send it to us, these are the sizes that stay sharp. Bigger is always fine.

Portrait of you
Upright photo, at least 1000 px wide by 1500 px tall. Full length or head and shoulders both work.
Page banners
Landscape, at least 1600 px wide. These sit behind a heading, so leave some calm space on the left.
Closing photographs
Any shape. At least 1200 px on the long side.
Community photographs
Any shape. At least 1200 px on the long side.
Property photographs
Landscape, at least 1600 px wide.
Videos
Upright video is best for the client clips. Send the original file, not a screen recording.

Send them like this

  • Straight from your phone or camera, full size.
  • By email, WhatsApp as a document, or a shared folder link.
  • Tell us which photograph each one replaces, or where it should go.

Please avoid

  • Screenshots of photographs. They lose most of the detail.
  • WhatsApp images sent the normal way. WhatsApp shrinks them.
  • Photographs you do not own. Only send your own, or ones you have permission for.
Where your pictures live

The rest of it

Answers to the usual questions.

Write it on your Keller Williams journal exactly as you do now, publish it there, then send us one line to say it is up. Within a few hours it appears on your home page under From the journal, with its cover picture, linking back to the full post. Your journal stays the place you write; the site simply shows the newest four.

Your listings are read from your own Keller Williams property search, so nothing is typed by hand and nothing can contradict the MLS. They are accurate as of the last refresh. Before a listing presentation or a marketing push, send us a note and we will pull the current set that morning. If you would rather it ran on its own, we can put it on a weekly schedule.

Open Reviews in your panel, press Add a review, and type it in: their name, whether they were a buyer or a seller, the month, and what they wrote. Then Publish. Copy it word for word, punctuation and all, because an edited review reads as invented.

Your details in the panel. These appear in roughly forty places across the site: the header, the welcome bar, the footer, the contact page, the mobile call bar and the hidden data Google reads. Change it once and every one of them follows.

Send the name and we build the page: the description, the housing mix, the setting, a picture, and the individual communities inside it. It is added to the menu and to the site map Google reads. If an area is removed, we point its old address at the closest page so nobody following an old link hits a dead end.

Send us the video file. Upright phone video works, but landscape suits the full width better. We compress it so the page still loads quickly on a phone, make a still frame for the first moment, and put it in place.

Send us the exact words they searched. Rankings move slowly and vary by location and by who is signed in, so a single search from one phone rarely means much. We can look at what the site is actually being found for and tell you honestly.

Tell us what it is for and roughly what should be on it. We write it in the same voice as the rest of the site, build it, add it to the menus, and send you the link before it goes anywhere public.

A habit worth keeping

Five things to send us each month.

A site that keeps moving does better in search than one that sits still.

  • New closing photographs, with the buyer or seller happy for them to be shown.
  • Any new written review, and where it came from.
  • New listings you want featured, or listings that have closed.
  • Anything that has changed in your contact details or your title.
  • A note if you published a blog post, so we can pull it through.
Protecting it

Three things worth guarding.

01

Keep the domain in your own name

sunnyhemmatian.com is registered to you. Never transfer it or change its name servers on someone else’s advice without checking with us first. Losing the domain means losing the site and your email trail with it.

02

Do not let the hosting lapse

The site lives on a GoDaddy hosting plan. If that renewal fails, the site goes offline the same day. Keep a card on file and keep the renewal notices.

03

Ignore cold calls about your website

Calls or emails claiming your listing will be removed, or that your site needs urgent security work, are a standard scam aimed at agents. Forward them to us instead of acting on them.

Asking for anything at all

Send it to your Danabak project contact. There is no wrong way to ask. If you are not sure whether something is possible, ask anyway: most things are, and the ones that are not usually have a good alternative.

Screenshots help enormously. On a phone, take a screenshot of the part you mean and draw a circle on it. That removes every bit of guesswork.

By appointment

Anything you want changed?

Send it over in whatever form is easiest. Screenshots, voice notes and rough notes all work.
